What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use Grammi Chef, the website and the app (the "service"), published by the publisher named in the legal notice. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Grammi Chef is meant for professional use by adults.

Free trial and plans

New accounts get a free trial. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan to keep using the service. Prices are shown on the pricing page before tax; applicable taxes are added. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs until the end of the period already paid.

Your content

Everything you put in Grammi Chef — recipes, events, plans, notes — remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it and show it to you in order to provide the service. We do not sell, share or publish your content, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. See the privacy policy.

You must have the right to use what you add. Do not add content that is unlawful or that infringes other people's rights.

Quantities, allergens and food safety

Grammi Chef calculates quantities, conversions and grocery totals from the information you enter. These are aids to your work: you remain responsible for checking quantities, allergens, dietary requirements and food safety before cooking or serving.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, get around its limits, or use it to send spam or unlawful content. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after warning you when possible.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features; we will tell you in advance about any change that significantly reduces what your plan includes.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you paid for the service over the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer where consumer law applies.

Ending your account

You can stop using Grammi Chef at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice, giving you time to get your data back.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, write to us and we will try to find a solution together. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts of France, subject to any mandatory rules protecting consumers.

Changes

We may update these terms. We tell you about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply; if you disagree, you can close your account before then.
